The most important notion we have to realize and hit critical mass on, as men and women, is that VOTERS are persons, corporate legal fictions. Like DRIVERS, PATIENTS, EMPLOYEES,EMPLOYERS or any other legally created "creature of statute". We as men and women are always redefined in every statute into one of these creatures/persons. This is contractual with you the man or women, tacitly agreeing to be the legal fiction -voter -driver- taxpayer-person etc. Its always sold as a privilege granted, if you sign in contractually for a benefit that is otherwise your right under natural law. We don't need these "privilages granted", the action is not unlawful Under Natural Law. These kinds of tacit contracts, (adhesion contracts really) would be unlawful under Natural law. These same people who run these political voting scams, have lawyers drafting and repealing the statutes, these lawyers never sign their names to them. Most people just don't understand that they unknowingly volunteered to be slaves, with the limited rights of a corporation - a PERSON.

Section 15(1) of the Canadian Charter of Rights and freedoms provides that "Every individual is equal before the law..." It has been ruled that Charter equality rights extend only to natural persons. Parkdale Hotel Ltd v Attorney- General of Canada (1986)
So based on the above what happens in statutes is there is no natural or artificial qualifier before person in these statutes just person. They often say any individual can apply to be one of these creatures of statutes but after you do you become a person (a legal fiction, not a man)for the purposes of that statute. So now reflecting back above the Bill of Rights that apply to natural persons only the court is now in a discretionary power position to apply the illusion of rights on a case by case basis, not a default adhesion, due to the ambiguity of the way this scam was constructed.
Further the Canadian interpretations act - The foundational statute that all other subordinate statues look to, in any controversial interpretations defines a person as a corporation.
