The Boy Scouts of America on Wednesday chose former U.S. Secretary of
Defense and CIA director Robert Gates as its next president, who will
face the task of repairing divisions in the organization from a heated
debate over accepting gay scouts.
As Defense Secretary, Gates supported President Barack Obama’s
withdrawal of the “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” policy that prevented gays and
lesbians from serving openly in the military. Congress repealed the ban
in 2010 and it was lifted in 2011.
A shocking announcement made by the American Psychological Association (APA) in its latest edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders caused
an uproar among pro-family organizations and many others, as the APA
states it now classifies pedophilia as a sexual orientation or
preference instead of a disorder.
Sandy Rios, cultural expert and talk show host on the American Family Radio network, has issued a statement on behalf of the American Family Association in response to the APA’s position on pedophilia:
“Just as the APA declared homosexuality an ‘orientation’ under
tremendous pressure from homosexual activists in the mid-’70s, now,
under pressure from pedophile activists, they have declared the desire
for sex with children an ‘orientation,’ too. It’s not hard to see where
this will lead. More children will become sexual prey.

In the Alice in Wonderland meets 1984 world of the U.S. concentration camp at Guantánamo Bay, Cuba,
official state secrecy about matters already known the world over
trumps the human rights of the prisoners still languishing there,
according to lawyers trying to represent them despite the bizarre rules
that hamper their efforts.
Take the issue of torture, which arose at a recent Guantánamo Bay
hearing. It is an indisputable fact that the U.S. tortured detainees,
including alleged 9/11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, during
interrogations between 2001 and 2006. Yet when defense attorney Jason
Wright pointed out at a recent hearing that his client “was subjected to
waterboarding for 183 sessions,” Judge James Pohl ruled him out of
order for discussing classified information that can be uttered only
behind closed doors.
Fellow defense attorney Cheryl Bormann complained that such rulings
undermine the defense team, whose efforts keep coming up against “a
brick wall because of the classification issue.”

The industry observers have their own version of how the FBI and CIA tracked down the physical location of the site servers. This one has nothing to do with the individual accused of being the Silk Road’s operator, Ross Ulbricht. Instead, the security experts think that the CIA accessed the website server via Tor, and ran an exploit on it enabling to locate it over the common Internet.

John Hutchyns Tyndall (14 July 1934 – 19 July 2005), was a British
politician and patriotic activist, who came to lead the national

Nick Griffin.
During his tenure as leader of the new BNP, Tyndall did little to
dispel the perception among some that the BNP was a neo-National
Socialist organisation, and strongly resisted any attempts to soften the
party’s policies or image. Tyndall was convicted of incitement to
racial hatred in 1986 and was jailed three times. During his time in
prison he completed the part-autobiographical part-political book The
Eleventh Hour (ISBN 0-9513686-2-1), which he subsequently revised several times.
