A jewish American Oligarch‘s Dirty Tale of Corruption

Rarely does the world get a true look inside the corrupt world of Western oligarchs and the brazen manipulations they use to enhance their fortunes at the expense of the public good. The following comes from correspondence of the Hungarian-born billionaire, now naturalized American speculator, George Soros. The hacker group CyberBerkut has published online letters allegedly written by Soros that reveal him not only as puppet master of the US-backed Ukraine regime. They also reveal his machinations with the US Government and the officials of the European Union in a scheme where, if he succeeds, he could win billions in the plunder of Ukraine assets. All, of course, would be at the expense of Ukrainian citizens and of EU taxpayers.

What the three hacked documents reveal is a degree of behind-the-scene manipulation of the most minute details of the Kiev regime by the New York billionaire.

Iceland Recovering Fastest in Europe After Jailing Bankers Instead of Bailing them Out

Iceland is beautifully, yet unfortunately, unique in how it chose to handle the disaster. It simply let the banks fail, which resulted in defaults totaling $85 billion—lending ample justification for the prosecution and conviction of bank executives for various fraud-related charges. The decision seemed shocking at the time, but the gamble has obviously paid off. Choosing a different route, the U.S. bailed out the banks and let executives off the hook by levying fines that ultimately ended up being paid by the corporations—meaning the executives ostensibly responsible for the mess got off scot-free.
“Why should we have a part of our society that is not being policed or without responsibility?” special prosecutor Olafur Hauksson said after Iceland’s Supreme Court upheld the convictions for three bankers—and sentenced them to between four and five and a half years each. “It is dangerous that someone is too big to investigate—it gives a sense there is a safe haven.”

To reach their conclusions, the EPA did not investigate, collect evidence, or test in the field, but instead aggregated the reports and research of others for analysis. Although this is a perfectly acceptable practice, the shaky availability and reliability of information from one group on which they depended means pivotal information was either incomplete or lacking entirely.
At issue is the EPA’s fairly significant dependence on the FracFocus Chemical Disclosure Registry for an account of which chemicals are employed in the fracking process. Well operators in some states are required by regulation to disclose their chemical mixtures and some are not, but either way, FracFocus disclosures are not only voluntary, but also subject to proprietary conditions. If the compound is considered a trade secret, it will remain unknown and unreported to the site.
