Your Human Rights And The [Income Tax] Illusion - Russell Anthony Porisky

Although Russell Porisky went to prison his information reveals many truths. The problem arises when he started having to battle in "their" courts. This is well worth watching. If its too long listen from the 2 hour mark on. A B.C. anti-tax crusader, who tax authorities say counselled people to be tax cheats has been sentenced to five-and-a-half years in prison and fined $259,482, according to the Canada Revenue Agency. Russell Porisky of Chilliwack was sentenced July 29 in B.C. Supreme Court, the CRA said in a news release. It was the second trial for Porisky and his common-law spouse, Elaine Gould, who were first tried on tax charges in 2012.

I recall hearing, no pun intended, of Elaine Gould's case and the judge described her as "belligerent to the end". That is dishonourable, with little or no comprehension of where she was or how to "act". Teaching is obviously more damaging than acting alone. Could a remedy have been sought by agreeing, (honourable) to the tax liability subject to "proof of claim" in a round table mediation with the CRA, (in private), to avoid court, (public), where there will only be loss, with the degree determined by judge. I guess some folk have the desire to grandstand, which sets precedents and case law.

You may be right Liam. It seems that teaching is your biggest mistake. If you read the actual decision the natural verses artificial person seems to have been used in error at times as I remember in arguing this case. I could not find it just now and I cant remember if it was the earlier trial or the last one. I suspect though that i may be thinking of the 2012 trial. Searching out details on this case seems to have become more difficult it seems. Do you have a link to the decision Liam?

This more correctly should be called the money illusion, since all terms associated with the unreal (money) is equally unreal (taxes).
