Yes, Jones' hype over it is fearmongering disinfo, but martial law was a reality in Boston last year after the Boston Marathon, and it's also martial law whenever troops are participating in civilian law enforcement activities, such as joint exercises with police.
As the Lieber Code stated during the Civil War, "the presence of a hostile army proclaims its Martial Law."
Rense jumps on board, agreeing it's disinfo, yet a search for "martial law" on Rense's site turns up 686 results, some of which involve some of the same sort of fearmongering hype that Rense decries, so again, Rense comes out as a posturing phony.
