Walsh had too much hopium, german AfD is nothing but a jew controlled vent for the people, sure they are mainly anti islam and anti migrants, but pro Isreal and pro jew, AfD head Alice Weidel former Goldman Sachs, lesbian married to a sri lanka women, how can any conservative or "rightwing" support this. For me as german the AfD is no "far right" nothing but a puppet and a vent for the people to rage a bit and good now. They have no political saying, even more when they are alone thanks to this Brandmauer bogus. I rather stay at home than vote for such crap like the AfD

The realities are, in a militarily occupied country, the parties all have to play to the so called "free and democratic basic order", any politicial party violating this enforced tyrannic and corrupt system will be prohibited, deemed "unconstitutional".
The gag here, the criminal code defines organized crime, in a subsection, the occupation system inserted an exemption of political parties from being organized crime.
Just to document the clownworld ... it sounds like a joke, but it is reality.

Forming criminal organisations
(1) Whoever forms an organisation or participates as a member in an organisation the objectives or activities of which are directed at the commission of offences which incur a penalty of a maximum term of imprisonment of at least two years incurs a penalty of imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years or a fine. Whoever supports such an organisation or recruits members or supporters for such an organisation incurs a penalty of
imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years or a fine.
(2) An organisation is a structured association of more than two persons, established to exist for a longer period of time, regardless of whether it has formally defined roles for its members, continuous membership or a developed structure and whose purpose is the pursuit of an overriding common interest.
(3) Subsection (1) does not apply
