If we see any unexpected non-gravitational acceleration, artificial lights, or excess heat (engine activity), it could point to alien tech. Otherwise, 3I/ATLAS is what it appears to be--a comet.     What Dixon is saying, is essentially what Shahid Bolsen of "Middle Nation" has been saying. Except Bolsen believes Israel will be absorbed by the Gulf Arab States. Also Bolsen has a definite Muslim bias, but still, a perspective worth paying attention to.

    I remember back in 2005, I was exploring the possibilities of the P2P networks and got my hands on a New Yorker's document that had all his passwords and info. I was able to go in his bank account and his email etc. During the day I called him at work and told him what I had been able to do and that he needed to change all his passwords asap. It felt good to do something good like that. Maybe "White Hats" exist.
