Today: Dr. Duke begins the program by discussing the vicious anti-Christian hateful environment of modern Israel and the damage done to Christians all over the world. He also discusses the impact of genes on physical as well as personality characteristics in all life on earth including Human beings, but that we can't use genetics as an excuse for our own major shortcomings. We have a lot to say about our gene expression by how we train our mind, our morality and physically by what we eat and how we take care of our bodies. Then Dr. Duke goes into detail about exercise and how only about 4 hours a month of intense physical exercise is necessary for high levels of human health and fitness when combined with at low carb, low grain, high protein and high fat diet.
