Aspartame - I drank a ton of that in the 1990s & early 2000's before I found out it was bad for me. 32 ounce Diet Peach Snapples and shit.
ReplyDeleteSucralose / Splenda - Hasn't really been proven to be bad for you like Aspartame but when I eat too much of it with tea or coffee, it still makes me feel kinda weird. Besides, any product that Coca Cola uses should never be trusted.
Maltitol - sugar alcohol that diabetic cookies and chocolates and cakes are made with. Bacteria don't feed on sugar alcohol and it's low carb. This is the best stuff to eat if you gotta have a sweet tooth fix and most people do. A baby prefers something sweet t something that's actually good for it.
Table sugar itself is the ultimate poison, worse than even Aspartame. It's tied to every disease in the book and the biggest cause of America's obesity problems.
Cane sugar and evaporated cane is barely better. It's just a yuppie way of conning you to stuff table sugar in your face & to Dysgenics yourself off the face of the earth in a 300 pound casket like those big fat Hawaiian fuckers that suck on the cane sugars.
I couldn't live without burritos. Mexicans are real artists with their friggin burritos. I'd give up Fetcho's animal-style In'n'out double-cheesburgers-hold-the-lettuce-add-pickles before I would abandon El Pollo Loco Avacado burritos. And that's not even a high end burrito, that's just a fast-food burrito. lol
We are being poisoned for profits. A slower death and less suffering for some than others; but, it all leads to genocide for profits and control. If one is not on a path towards the truth about present day foods, then they are doomed.
ReplyDeleteFor those that think food is just fuel and as long as you get a good belly full of it whenever you feel like it is in for some real horrors eventually.
START a PATH towards learning some truths about foods and make little changes along the way; one little change at a time. It will happen automatically. This is your path. You will be so glad you did this. You are reading this because you were meant to.
Learn. Eat clean nutrients and exercise a bit. Kill the TV; unplug it and learn about food. You will save yourself and improve you life in a multitude of ways. Then; you can share and help others.
I haven't watched any regular TV except on assorted short you tube videos since 1999.

I actually hate it to the point where I refuse to watch it even at my friend's houses.
It's like Damien in the Omen being forced to go into a church to get me to watch regular TV.
I watched some re-runs of the Sopranos and "That '70s Show" on DVD, that's about it.
Aside from that I watch only selected flicks like "F for Fake" by Orson Wells or "Scanner Darkly" by Alex Jones.
