And regarding those higher than normal short-selling trades on Boeing, American Airlines and United in the weeks leading up to 9/11, the Commission actually addressed it, but outrageously concluded that the companies involved could've had no conceivable ties with the purported terrorists.
That's fitting the facts to a theory, instead of formulating a theory based on an unbiased uncovering of the facts.
But just like NIST, they couldn't "go there" in performing an analysis that would lead them to the real perpetrators of 9/11.
