No, It's not Mullins. The Caller said he lives near Kansas City, Missouri. Mullins lived in Virginia nearly his entire life. The caller has more of a 'deep south accent' whereas Mullins had the classic Virginia southern accent which is quite unique to that state.
He was only 27 then? That's so hard to believe. At 27, I was so immature and uninformed. It was really nice to see MCP in his prime. Sad to see him go so soon. RIP.
