It is not JoeBlow. I do not have voice recognition software, just a finely tuned ear. The guy Dan spoke with a New Jork accent. Joe Blow has a southern twang.
As far as I could tell from his old audios, Blow was originally a Kurish-Iranian from Houston, Texas via Iran. He might have even been born in Houston since I've never heard him speak any Farsi except for the usual "Khoda Hafez" of Moslems as goodbye at end of each show which means "God Protect You."
I heard JB speak Farsi once. Years ago, I had a friend over who is a native speaker of Farsi. He and JB spoke on Skype in Farsi for a while. BTW the 'voice recognition software' comment was a joke for those who didn't already realize it. ;)
According to my voice recognition software, that is not joeblow :(
