People new to PC building get lost in an avalanche of available PC parts and advice given on hardware tech channels meant for very high-end users. It can be overwhelming for the first-time PC builder to navigate. Enter Chris from The Good Old Gamer. The advice Chris is giving is some of the best out there. As Chris tells you, almost all PC users (gamers included) need only the most basic (and cheapest) parts on the market. Many first time builders watch Jay or Linus and start building an over-priced, over-powered rig. Don't do that. Over-clocking and water-cooling is for suckers. Great to watch, not to buy.
