I am not a geek. I gave up on women because it's too much trouble IMO. I do not eat too much but do drink too much. As of two and a half months ago, I am more of a vegan than Kyle will ever be. I call it extreme veganism because I can not eat nuts, oils of any kinds and even tofu. No sugar including certain fruits and white pastas and white rice. Within a month I had virtually no more angina symptoms and seem to be on the road to recovery. I can do nearly everything I could do physically before I had my mild heart attack in early December of 2017 but I am still more out of breath than I should be.
