The Saudi's either blew up their own refinery, or they let the U.S. or Israel do it. Why? We're headed into a worldwide recession which is going to drive the price of oil down. The Saudi's need oil prices to rise ... $100 p/bbl is what they need to balance their books. They've been storing oil for quite a while, so they have plenty to sell at the new and inflated prices + they get to provide jobs for their own people rebuilding the place.
