James Henry Fetzer (born December 6, 1940) is a philosopher of science and conspiracy theorist. Since the late 1970s, Fetzer has worked on assessing and clarifying the forms and foundations of scientific explanation, probability in science, philosophy of mind, and philosophy of cognitive science, especially artificial intelligence and computer science.

    Zap I liked the video on primary water. It seems real to me. I feel better knowing there's clean water coming up all the time, seeing we are polluting the surface stuff we have. I ran it past Fetzer but he thinks it is "crackpot", but I emailed it to him anyway.

    The news was reporting the NZ shooting,so I went on the normal internet, it looked so weak, I thought it was a comedy"send up" of it, then I found out that was the supposed event.
