Since the late 1970s, Fetzer has worked on assessing and clarifying the forms and foundations of scientific explanation, probability in science, philosophy of mind, and philosophy of cognitive science, especially artificial intelligence and computer science.

however, the evidences required to support are within Trump Admin hands -- which includes the DNC server.
What is unknown to many, is that it wasn't just the DNC server(s) that were copied, the RNC was also. However, the focus has been on the DNC, HR Clinton Emails, and exclusively, Seth Rich, avoiding any mention, or even hint, that the Interns and Staffers, working within those 2016 campaigns, took roles in imaging the servers of both, RNC and DNC.
