It's my birthday in a few days and I can't even plan a day in advance to have friends in the backyard for a BBQ because it's raining all the time. We've had so much rain this summer that it's fucking up the crops.
I'm surprised the place has made it this long. They deleted mine several years ago now (Wordpress) and it was obvious then that Blogger was heading in the same direction).
I'm surprised too. The worst that's happened is back when Graham Hart was in the news. Some google admin came in here and deleted two months of our work just so they could hide the fact that they only wanted to delete one post on Graham. It had 69 comments.
Just going to throw in that every time I post I am careful about the titles I use. I keep it meaningful but never name issues. When I put up notices in X I use extra caution what images I use. Not so much in Gab.
Blogger has been slowly deleting my more serious work over the past few years and I know material is still there but it is so buried that I cannot even find it myself! I search for a piece and end up at someone else's archive who stored it.
I still miss your blog BeulahMan. It was one of the good ones. But we just keep slogging on, folks like me and Zap, for some strange reason or another! I find here in Canada I get a lot more 404's and never-opening links where once before there was material. We are slowly being cut off from the rest of the world if our government has its way.
