I was charged 23 times, in 3 provinces on five cases simultaneously.
The average conviction rate in Canada is north of 60% , but I was able to defeat every last charge in a thoroughly humiliating defeat for the state that spent extraordinary resources to try and bury me.
I have enjoyed an enormous degree of support from this community and the people of Canada, my outstanding legal team and my friends, family and of course Morgan. Without this, it is very likely I would not fared nearly as well. I must also thank Caryma S'ad for her invaluable hard nosed efforts in fact finding that was a huge help in unwinding the preposterous hate gate narrative.
You are only as innocent as you can afford to be and its unfortunate this is how our system works but it has been soundly demonstrated that with enough resources and support that you CAN win and our enemies are not omnipotent gods.
