James Henry Fetzer (born December 6, 1940) is a philosopher of science and conspiracy theorist. ReplyDeleteI saw a clip where they are using prisoners from the state penitentiary to fight the fires. Giving 2 days off there original sentencing for each day fighting the fires.

Numerous prisons across the US have firefighting teams- usually called "Hotshots"- and have had for many decades, though some prisons in recent years have eliminated them.
