China has a proven track record of fast product iterations, low-cost prototyping, deep manufacturing capacity, and scale-based low unit cost mass production. This is both in the civilian sector and in the military domain. When the country’s state-owned military industrial base is mobilized, Chinese military can overwhelm any adversaries with vast quantitative and qualitative advantages
– In contrast, the military industrial complex in the US is privately owned. Its primary goal is profit maximization, not winning wars. This leads to an approach to weapon system development featuring long dev cycle, limited capacity (high return on assets), high unit cost (cost plus pricing), small production batch, and high operating and maintenance costs (called life-time value)

Krainer breaks down the clash between public rhetoric and private
strategy inside U.S. politics. He explains how Trump’s tough talk on
China and Russia often masks quiet backchannel negotiations aimed at
building cooperation in a multipolar world. Krainer highlights the
entrenched Cold War mindset in Congress, the dangers of using foreign
policy as domestic theater, and how wars are sometimes pursued to
maintain internal cohesion rather than to be won.
He also points to the shifting global order — from India’s changing role in Asia to NATO’s struggle for relevance after failures in Afghanistan — and warns that Western elites increasingly rely on censorship and narrative control as their systems weaken. Despite the noise, he argues the world may be moving toward less conflict and more balance, though powerful interests remain invested in confrontation.

Chinese President Xi Jinping was joined by more than two dozen world
leaders, including Russian President Vladimir Putin and North Korean
Leader Kim Jong Un, to watch China's military parade commemorating the
end of WWII and Victory over Japan.
This, after Xi hosted the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Summit, which saw leaders across the Global South gather to emphasize the message of security and sovereignty, amid soaring tensions with the U.S.
KJ Noh, a geopolitical analyst and Co-Host of ‘The China Report’ on Breakthrough News, noted that while Beijing commemorates the 80th anniversary of the end of WWII and recognizes the extraordinary price paid by the Chinese people to secure a free world, they are also aware that the U.S. is now on China’s doorstop, exerting heavy influence in the surrounding countries and islands that were once captured by Japan.

I think all this will get more obvious soon, coming technocracy, october is the big event
"I think all this will get more obvious soon, coming technocracy, october is the big event"
I think you could be right, if the pandemic occurs it will tip the economy towards collapse, and that will be the cue to introduce the new technocratic money system, or the beginnings thereof.
Every time the debt bubble reaches the end of it's tether, they trigger a crisis, and then miraculously come up with a solution in order to stabilise the situation. Last time was in 2008 and the introduction of QE... this time the solution is a tad more worrying... 2008 was a different era and a different world.
