If there was a conspiracy to shot Kirk and blame it on another guy, pretty sure they'd match the caliber and general position of their fall guy. Or the scene where he's being carried to an SUV(?) and there's no blood on anyone carrying him or the ground. And, the face is blurred out, concealing the numerous digital gliches created by rendering errors. Once you know it's fake, you can try to be aware of the early warning signs of what they might use the crisis for and how that might work against you. Watch the whole video in slow motion and frame by frame the whole shot. Someday, probably soon they'll be able to render without these easy tells. Then, we'll really be screwed.

by now there are so many theories, i think this is on purpose like with JFK to confuse even more
