Voter fraud is NOTHING compared to electoral fraud. Yes it is true that people should have to present a legal ID to vote. Of course. But when one considers that millions of votes can be undone in a microsecond on a hacked computer, all of these procedures seem unimportant. It is like counting the pennies on your dresser while the bank confiscates your checking account.
