In the first hour, Devvy showed the sham of the court system, with them moving to throw out her case for allegedly not having standing.
This is something that needs to be reformed in a new system. By restricting standing, they are able to throw out most cases, like challenging Obama's eligibility for President. Supposedly being an American citizen doesn't give you standing in that case.
Congress and the state legislatures have the ability to reverse this with a simple majority vote for the federal and state courts, so that anyone can have standing, as long as they are somehow affected.
And it shows the hypocrisy of the system, in claiming most people don't have standing, yet tens of thousands of Americans are prosecuted for victimless crimes every year, such as marijuana possession.
