The NSA people are a crafty bunch. They told me that they programmed that stuttering into the AI to make "IT" sound more human.

P.S. What I don't understand is that in all the years that this AI has been online promoting the "everything is fake" narrative, "IT" never once affirmed that the earth was flat.
