It does seem reasonable because, in my opinion, it would be imprudent to come out with a weapon that could be beat and turned back on the aggressor by use a hand mirror. But... i am not an expert... i only serve truth.
Certainly something is happening to Werner... i think something more along the lines of ill behavior is taking place... not sci-fi. They can spray, they can burn and poison an animal... and, unfortunately, too many people do evil things in pursuit of $$$. Werner, by pursuing directed energy weaponry, may ensure he will lose his case for lack of compelling evidence. And i do believe he is enduring some kind of attack.
It is worth the time. Even more so is his video evidence of what has happened to his cows.... it is, evidently real... there is no reason to disbelieve what is happening to Werner, he may just be misinterpreting the method deployed.
Even more interesting is the first, maybe second, podcast Deanna posted which has the actual video evidence... and i will go grab that and link... i'll be back.

Be skeptical right out of the gate. When you apply that methodology, you limit their ability to punk you and have you enter into their jew-dicial system with their propaganda as your foil... keep it real.

Werner is a good guy and intelligent guy. I called in support of him last week and was worried also.
After looking at Werner's youtube that Wanda posted this is my impression.
Werner's cattle all showed skin petechia and ecchymoses (bruises from bleeds) and internal hemorrhage of all organs from widespread DIC from shock. There was epicardial and subpleural hemorrhage and bleeding into the intestinal tract. Even the skin lesions and the nose palor can be explained by septic shock, which was likely contagious or the microorganism was contaminating the food/water supply.

Are your suppositions based on any type of personal involvement in animal husbandry or just on the findings you have come across? They are interesting, and, certainly alternative to the path Werner is currently on. And they do fall within a provable paradigm... whether it can be proved what was sprayed, when and by whom, is another factor... and then there is the matter of what appear to be burns to his cows and his cat...
I guess next up is someone needs to present Werner with this, perhaps more feasible, avenue with which to mount his defense.
I wish him well... i can foresee a future where we all face this sort of attack in one way or another... and i'm just thinking Obamacare coming up next... i guess it can be seen as a proving ground of how far gone from reality we are here in America. No one likes it, no one wants it, whether in the medical field or not... yet? We are constantly told to think outside of the box... maybe we need to think inside the box sometimes. Thanks again.
It does sound like he has dates and times well chronicled. I think he like can use a really good private investigator... and a change of venue... ideas welcome.
