New Mexico court documents state that Eckert was driving out of Wal-Mart in Deming when he failed to fully stop at a parking lot stop sign. He was immediately pulled over.
When he stepped out of his vehicle, an officer reported that he appeared to be clenching his buttocks. That fact was cited as probable cause to suspect that Eckert was hiding narcotics in his anal cavity. Officers obtained a search warrant and Eckert’s humiliating examination began at a nearby medical center.

This is complete hearsay amd fallacy. I note the first words out of the media were FEAR and what amounts to fear porn followed. Where's the police report? Where's the medical records? Where's the attornys for the tell-a-vision station advising they not air this for FEAR of lawsuits from the injured party... if there was, indeed, a true life victim?

Thank you for being so gracious and cutting me slack over my little outburst. Ideally, ordinarily, i don't behave like this... but i did, i own that. The only respectable way out is to do what i did, admit i was wrong... because i was.
Perhaps you and i are part of a breaking social paradigm.
I would have responded sooner, but i have some fairly serious health issues i am dealing with... awareness is not Kryptonite... apparently.
