But I would add that corporations per se are not the problem, but rather that corporate personhood with constitutional protection is the problem. Corporations need to be properly regulated by the states and kept to a manageable size. I think that the corporate structure is a good way to raise capital in a free market without resorting to usury. Also, I would not allow corporations to borrow money or to own other corporations.
