Flashback 1975: CIA Admits Using News To Manipulate the USA

Thanks, Scorpio. The CIA admitted that they had paid reporters in the media, and after being exposed, they admitted that there were still some working for them, but said they were unpaid, working on a voluntary basis.
We do know that as recently as 2005, black conservative commentator, Armstrong Williams, was exposed as being a shill for the Bush administration and his No Child Left Behind program, where he wrote and spoke favourable of it in return for $240,000, without ever mentioning that he had been paid to do so.
If they paid someone to shill for that program, they have obviously have paid shills in the media to shill for far more important things.
