This was a bad audio file. There was some type of electronic distortion. I have re-edited the file to remove the interference/distortion and re-uploaded.

Zap. I put your recording through a noise reduction filter. I sampled the noise and then removed it. Then I re-sampled it and did a second pass. The studio said that there was a hack and someone had injected this signal into the stream. They caught it a few hours after my show. It was definitely annoying on my side on the Skype side but apparently went out live ok.
