Thanks Bryzer, you do an amazing job each week. Many of Us have been censored, in my case 12 months ago!
Hang in there, #%$##U^$U there is no freedom of speech now. In addition to my youtube being given a lifetime ban "that's what yahooditube told me when I asked why I was being banned. My wordpress account was pooched, the site is still there, but I can no longer post articles to my website.
Their aim is to shut everyone of us up, thanks for being there every Monday night.
Graham and You are definitely over the target, otherwise they'd ignore you.
Aye, Warren's a good lad. It's an absolute disgrace and a fraud to include stats re: people from the UK given that there is a decades old reciprocal arrangement between Ireland and the UK whereby people from both countries move freely from one to the other. In fact the provisions of the (UK) 1949 Ireland Act set in stone that the citizens of the Republic of Ireland are to recognized in law as 'non-foreign' and are thereby allowed to freely enter the UK whenever they like, settle there, claim social housing/benefits and be allowed to vote in all elections: thus the situation is similar for UK citizens in the Republic except that they can't vote in Presidential elections. So why is the twat who wrote that article mentioning people from the UK who clearly have a legal entitlement that does not apply to the 3rd world scum that he mentions or even other people from the EU?
Ireland Act 1949
1949 CHAPTER 41 12 13 and 14 Geo 6
2: 2 Republic of Ireland not a foreign country.
(1) It is hereby declared that, notwithstanding that the Republic of Ireland is not part of His Majesty’s dominions, the Republic of Ireland is not a foreign country for the purposes of any law in force in any part of the United Kingdom or in any colony, protectorate or United Kingdom trust territory, whether by virtue of a rule of law or of an Act of Parliament or any other enactment or instrument whatsoever, whether passed or made before or after the passing of this Act, and references in any Act of Parliament, other enactment or instrument whatsoever, whether passed or made before or after the passing of this Act, to foreigners, aliens, foreign countries, and foreign or foreign-built ships or aircraft shall be construed accordingly.
@BillyBob. Thank you for your kind comments. Much appreciated. And yes meself and Graham will keep on doing what we're doing. A fine righteous path we are on which despite its challenges is the most worthy path any sovereign man or woman can take.
By the way that was not me speaking in that video but a future guest that our good friend and admin on Mami's @Ognir has organised so in the coming weeks he will be a guest on the show. He goes by the name B'twixt and a sound man by the sound of him. I look forward to welcoming him on.
@Henry. Yes you are correct on many points. However, the fact is there is no "Republic of Ireland" except for our the name of our soccer team. We never left the jurisdiction of the jew controlled crown and what we are is a suzerainty https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Suzerainty hence we have the BAR (British Accredited Registry) justice system and all of Irish banks are registered in the City of London. The whole island of Ireland is still under the control of the Crown Corporation. But what did the jews do? Divided the island over religion and loyalties to one or the other and the bankers won...as usual. I hope to see a united Ireland and build great relationships with our friends across the water as two strong sovereign islands on the west coast of Europe and we'll take this jewish cabal down so we can all then live in peace and harmony.Don't mess with Island people. We're one of a kind!! Article 50 of the Irish Constitution is a copy of the Irish Free State Constitution from 1922 when we were a Crown Dependency with limited autonomy and it still holds today. We never left! https://www.libraryireland.com/irishconstitution/article-50.php This is a bit like Brexit, as in Brexit without the "exit". Britain is not leaving guys. How can you have your whole military controlled by and taxed by Brussels and most of your laws are EU Communintarian law (none of which have been repealed) and be a sovereign independent nation? 2+2 = 5 as per Orwell's 1984. History repeating itself once again. But we carry on regardless. Cheers guys....thanks again for your comments.
Now c'mon Brizer, you know there's more to this than just the title of an International football team. lol. For a start there's the 1948 Republic of Ireland Act. Strictly speaking the State is known as Éire (or Ireland in English) and Section 2 of that Act provides that: It is hereby declared that the description of the State shall be the Republic of Ireland.
Éire constitutes the 32 counties of Ireland but governs only 26. As 6 counties remain extant as that portion of the United Kingdom designated Northern Ireland, then it has become customary to use the legally prescribed descriptor Republic of Ireland to distinguish Éire from Northern Ireland and affirm precisely its own legal position.
You said: Article 50 of the Irish Constitution is a copy of the Irish Free State Constitution from 1922 when we were a Crown Dependency with limited autonomy and it still holds today But that's just not the case. For instance Article 50 provided for Dominion status on the lines that Canada had obtained and established the position of Governor-General who was in effect a tool of the British Government appointed by the King. However only one G-G was appointed under that arrangement and the arrangement ended after the 1926 Imperial Conference in London where (another) Balfour Declaration established that the dominions were all equal in status, and autonomous communities within the British Empire and were not subordinate to the United Kingdom. Following this change only the Irish government was involved in the appointment of the G-G with the King now acting on the Irish recommendation. Another change (by the Irish government) in 1927 fixed the term of office for G-G to 5 years when the constitution had provided for no fixed term in office. Only two more Governor-Generals were appointed (in 1928 and 1932) before the abdication of King Edward in Dec 1936 whereupon the Irish cabinet rushed into law The Constitution (Amendment No. 27) Act, 1936 in order to abolish the office of Governor-General, however this action was rushed and flawed and so it was quickly followed by a new Act The Executive Powers (Consequential Provisions) Act, 1937 which completely abolished the office of Governor-General.
In his monumental 1940's survey MONEY professor Alfred O'Rahilly had some interesting things to say about the function of Ireland's banks and their relationship with Britain following 'independence' If I find my copy I might post something later of what he wrote.
