Absolutely! The last century with the Rockefeller Foundation has been the refinement of practices that have existed for years. The advancements in technology simply allowed these hostile elites to "up their game" if you will.
But, even prior to the 20th century, I can definitely see precursors to our modern-day "manufactured malady's." The Irish Potato Famine, as one example, has many suspicious elements to the "official" historical narrative.
We basically need to overhaul and replace most of what we've been indoctrinated with. One channel I quite enjoy is Jon Levi. He actually lives right here with me in Utah! He has many excellent videos questioning the "official" human history. Much of his material is on geology, technology, and anthropology but, he covers all kinds of anomalous content.
