Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms Fraud

This short video explains how the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms does not extend any rights to Canadians as the "persons" they are. It is in fact is a fraudulent document that appears to apply only to the federal and provincial governments. Even then it appears that the application is limited.

 Caveat: This video is by a Youtuber named Rob Hay. Its an interesting perspective and can be used as a start for further study. It is by no means conclusive.
