Again, I ask: Can't a lab technician IMMEDIATELY see the difference between Human biology and plant and animal biologies, under the microscope? The DNA of each and what they are? How can a competent technician miss on this?

It says that their job is not to investigate the provenance of the DNA. Their job is to test the samples with the test kits that they are given.
