We keep them in little dark holes.
Their heads are buried in the sand
With cell phones in every hand.
The young men are immersed in gaming
While the women are left complaining.
The children are now disappearing,
Thanks only to our engineering.
The young are always good for abuse
But adrenochrome is their best use.
Our power is what makes us thrive,
But it is their blood which keeps us alive.
The older men are busy surfing a device.
Their wives left chatting or looking for vice.
The elderly in their blogs are mad as hell,
But no one can hear anything they yell.
Our networks teach that all is material,
Hoping everyone will become venereal.
Our plan now is for virtual reality
To entirely end that thing called morality
We plutocrats who own the waves
Have to ensure that everyone behaves.
Keeping them distracted so they never unite
That is how we maintain our might.
Deception, fear and oppression we breed.
The thing called “truth” we no longer need.
Through the media we maintain our rule,
But stealth on the internet is now our big tool.
Bribery and threats are all very nice
But blackmail requires a high level of vice.
The dark web and the light incite their lust,
For everyone we appoint it seals their trust.
We who are the Plutocrats in control of all
Have ordained a big cull coming this Fall.

So that only a few of us remain alive.
