The new media regulator will oversee the content of social networks in accordance with the Digital Services Act. The organization will be headed by experienced specialist Jeremy Godfrey. He has already stated that platforms should prohibit users from uploading or sharing hate speech that incites violence and suicide, incites hatred and cyber bullying.
