Josef mentions it, isreal failed state, but is it really coincidence or is it wanted? Schneerson wrote already long ago about all this after Ukraine decimated the slavs and enough room for the jews is there Isreal will provoke a strike on them big enough all jews have to migrate to ukraine, goal always get them a more central country, better climate and soil etc.
