Fliers with a swastika found around ASU's Tempe campus OMG

Fliers found around ASU’s Tempe campus had swastikas and the Star of David printed on them.

The Hillel Jewish Center at ASU said in a statement posted on Facebook that they are “deeply concerned about the recent anti-Semitic fliers posted around campus, some depicting references to the Holocaust."

Hillel said it believes that this type of message has no place on campus and encouraged students to not be deterred by this incident, adding that it is appreciative of President Michael Crow and ASU's administration working to “squash and speak out against hate when they see it.”

Anti-Semitic propaganda distributed on Boulder’s Pearl Street Mall

A group of men, posing as Jews, distributed and posted anti-Semitic propaganda on Boulder’s Pearl Street Mall around 10:30 p.m. Saturday night, according to social media posts.

The fliers claimed the Holocaust was “impossible.” The men also posted anti-Semitic notes around the mall, including “Academia is dominated by Marxist Jews” and “Jews ran the Atlantic slave trade.”

Boulder residents who saw the men livestream what they were doing went to Pearl Street Mall and removed the propaganda, according to social media posts.

Boulder police didn’t appear to have received any complaints about the fliers, according to Sgt. Melissa Carey.
