Hungary paid back its $25 billion debt to the Kikesters and then told them to get the fuck outta their country!

Hungary paid back its $25 billion debt to the United Nations IMF and then asked the IMF to leave their country. [Hungary wants an independent economic policy without EU loans or controls. The nation still has its own currency (the Forint) and is considering leaving the EU altogether.] RT posted 2013 Aug 27

Understandable Despondency

This article, spotted by Amanda is a well written essay on Despondency:An affliction that hits us all from time to time in this Movement.
I think all of us at times go through lulls, feeling despondent and even depressed with all of this darkness. Why would we not? How could we not? After all we are looking a 99% of dark depressive news and material most of the time. At times we think to ourselves, Is there ever going to be some good news? Even when we do see some light, a dash of hope, it soon gets quashed by the darkness.   (diggerfortruth)

Impeachment: Congress Fires Opening Shot Across Obama’s Bow.

You *KNOW* It makes sense!
“Mr. President, in the case of military operations in Libya you stated that authorization from Congress was not required because our military was not engaged in “hostilities.” In addition, an April 1, 2011, memorandum to you from your Office of Legal Counsel concluded:…”President Obama could rely on his constitutional power to safeguard the national interest by directing the anticipated military operations in Libya—which were limited in their nature, scope, and duration—without prior congressional authorization.’”
“We view the precedent this opinion sets, where “national interest” is enough to engage in hostilities without congressional authorization, as unconstitutional.”

Did The Federal Government Just Legalize Marijuana?

Niiiiiice!
As states continue to nullify federal laws against marijuana and hemp, the federal government has been faced with an important question. It’s been more than 75 years, and marijuana and hemp  still remain illegal. Never mind the total lack of reasoning  behind the federal government’s ban. Is it time to end the law?
Less than 24 hours ago, it all came crashing down. According to the Associated Press, the justice department said that states can allow citizens to use the drug, license people to grow it and allow them to purchase it in stores. As long as the drug is kept away from the black market, children and federal property– It’s a go!   (benswan.com)

Where Have America's Wages Gone?

Shrinking Fast...

A new briefing paper from the Economic Policy Institute provides an overview of the income stagnation currently plaguing the vast majority of Americans. " A Decade of Flat Wages," by Lawrence Mishel and Heidi Shierholz, offers valuable background on one of the under-reported stories of our time: the slow disappearance of the middle class and the loss of social mobility.
The critical question is  why? Why has the economy failed so many people, and what can be done about it?

Media Truth and Sabotage: Online Threats Directed against the Global Research Website

Global research Under attack, just like here at Mami's.
In common with mami's and other "Truther" sites across the Internet, we find that Global Research is also threatened  by hackers & trolls too.

In the course of the last few days,  the Global Research website has been subjected to persistent threats with a view to blocking access to independent reports on the evolving crisis in Syria.
On Wednesday the 28th of August following the announcement by Washington of an impending military attack directed against Syria, our online readership increased to more than 185,000.
In the days that followed, we were subjected to periodic and deliberate disruptions.
And while our site is functional thanks to our technical support, the download is slow and not all our articles are accessible.
The objective of these internet threats is to sustain the lie and foreclose the truth.
