Dr. Eduardo Rivera explained the difference between the organic laws and the inherent law of God. He also described the origination of the Constitution, devised in secret and only ratified by reresentatives of nine states. The Constitution did not replace the Articles of Confederation, a confederation of thirteen states, as we have been led to believe.
