Explaining a constitutional republic, agencies and why the banks are breaking the law and can be sued when they take you bank account, IRS as there is not Warrant of Distraint that can be conclusively proved. Must have a Notice of Levy and a Warrant of Distraint to forward the funds to the IRS and the IRS NEVER gives the bank the Warrant of Distraint from the 1939 code of sections 3690 and 3692 that are conclusively still valid laws.
