Did Jews issue a 'fatwa' protecting Christians in Russia or Muslims in Palestine, Iraq or Afghanistan or Libya ? So why did Khomeini issue a fatwa on their behalf as soon as he took power ?
There were 150,000 Jews in Iran in 1948 which got reduced to 80,000 by the time of the Shah's ousting due mainly to immigration to Israel. Another 60,000 left after the revolution.
So there are only about 20,000 Jews left in Islamic Iran now who are apparently pro-Iran & anti-Israel. They must not be up to shenangians on behalf of brethren outside the country or else why would Iran tolerate even that small number when 109 countries didn't? Or pass a specific law by Khomeini himself to keep them in the country & protected ?
Hey, maybe he did it because of the 'goodness of his heart,' huh ?
If anyone believes that after reading Khomeini's own sayings, keep waiting for the Easter Bunny too, he's coming any day now.
Persian Jews comprise about a fifth of the population of Beverly Hills, California, one of the wealthiest districts in the United States. You can bet that few of these very wealthy Jews are likely to be Ahmedinejad supporters and yet their fellow tribe members and cousins back in Iran are fully protected by the Iranian constitution ?
