Arguably a low-key infomercial for the radio station's fund-raising drive, as it was part of a recorded lecture periodically interrupted by the host's panhandling - however worthy the cause might be - and it seems the full talk is only on the cds they're offering for sale.
An interesting extra angle might have been sprouted grains and their use in bread making but it didn't seem the speaker got to that although there was the usual stuff about spelt, amaranth etc etc.
