Florida Today reported on Wednesday that attorney’s for William T. Woodward had filed a motion asking for charges against him to be dismissed under Florida’s Stand Your Ground law, which says that gun owners do not have a duty to retreat in the face of an “imminent” threat.

What you want to bet the shooter is MKUltra, or an SRA sleeper agent. These people are everywhere in every city around the country, some in the hundreds of thousands. It just seems a bit too convenient for a nutjob like this to appear on the scene at the right moment, then commit the crime for which the government wants to remove the method of delivery.
