And the question nobody is able to answer is why Assad would invite UN chemical weapons inspectors into Syria, then on the very day they arrive, launch a chemical weapon attack, not against the leaders of the hired mercenaries trying to oust him, but against women, children, and even some of his own soldiers, right in front of those inspectors. And do all of this while he is winning against the U.S. backed rebels.

Sorry Pat, but you said US should go and ask permission from the United Nations to attack Syria and if the UN say NO, then US Admin should go to Congress and seek their authority and permission.
This is not right.
Also, OBummer going to the Congress now is nothing but a neocon set-up. He will get the permission of Congress and he will tweek his arguments for an attack so that Congress will look reasonable and patriotic to attack, and then if things go badly, OBummer gets to share the blame on the Republicans and Democrats in Congress.
I used to think things like that letter to the OBummer by 160 Congressmembers meant that those 160 members were "good" and the ones who did not sign were "bad." But the letter thing is just a ploy to rope in the Congress on the neocon trap.
Same goes for names of those who voted correctly on a bad bill and names of those who voted wrongly. No, it was just "their turn" to look good or look bad.
All the actions of the U S Congress are severely twisted manipulative deceptions and absoltutely nothing can be taken at face value or trust to be forthright, honest and sincere.
The President and the entire congress, all Rs and all Ds, exist and stay in office soley by AIPAC type contributions. So the whole "patriotic letter" thing is a giant deception and trap too.
