President Assad has definite diplomatic skills, wit and insight.
Chemical weapons used by some lone Syrian soldier against orders, against Assad, against Syria? President Assad answers, That's a children's scenario. Using chemical weapons for an attack require special expertise no Syrian soldier has.
And the videos aren't evidence of who did it and where it happened.
