John said on a show in the past month that he wasn't initially aware of disputes between Eli James and Bill Finck when he did a bunch of interviews last year.
It seems that Joseph November is Eli's real name, but I didn't see any hard evidence that he's Jewish. If you have it, please share it, as it would completely undermine his credibility in claiming to be an Israelite and not a Jew.
Also, the show had a particular focus, which wasn't conducting an interrogation of his guest.
As for all 5 of your points, you are absolutely right that that's what is found in the Old Testament, and there's no way of sugar coating it, but as far as saying those things aren't Aryan, they are according to CI and British Israelites, as they uphold all of the Old Testament, saying it's really referring to them and not Jews.

I had heard that broadcast before and listened to more of it.
There's no conclusive evidence in there that Eli James is Jewish, and I'd say not even more probable than not based on the single source he provides.
The only real evidence Finck puts forward is that a woman named Sharyn November says on her website that her dad told her it is a Polish Jewish name, that was arbitrarily assigned to Polish Jews in order to tax them, and she says all Novembers are related.
The only reason I'm interested in this particular matter is because if Eli James really is ethnically Jewish, that would make him a fraud, and likely a plant to make any challenges to the unfolding world order to look foolish and pointless.
