Then he goes into why we need to be always open minded on every subject and willing to put our beliefs at risk, how that is the way to truth and he underscores that through a discussion of his own personal evolution of thought on diets, and gives the latest information that is adding understanding to the real Paleolithic diet, the importance of resistance starch and why it is vital to your health. Finally he and Dr. Slattery talk about the latest Jewish discussion about "birthright" and how many Jews are "not Jewish enough" for it.
