In the first hour, Devvy points to the raw deal that took place after Proposition 187 was passed by voters in 1994, that a federal court later struck down as unconstitutional, with one Hispanic state senator, Art Torres, saying was it was the "last gasp of White America."
The court falsely claimed that it violated the federal government's exclusive power over immigration issues, except that all it did was to deny taxpayer-funded social services to illegal immigrants, which was completely within their jurisdiction.
20 years later, illegal immigrants are allowed to get college degrees, have driver's licenses and get this... even practice law!
This is the unfortunate consequence of the Constitution's supremacy clause where the Constitution overrules any State laws and State constitution simply because the federal courts say so, and not because they actually do.
