Why should Ukraine not have tanks like thr Russians?
Russia has not invaded.
Hungary plays a complex game. They also reach out to Turks and other Muslims.

Hungary would also like to take back Transcarpathia from Ukraine. The tank sale made no sense to me, but I suspect there were back room deals cut with uncle sam(uel).
